Movelife supports the practice of Mindfulness, Movement, Nourishment, Creativity and Community. These 5 pillars enable you to live your life with greater health, more freedom, improved relationships, creative empowerment and the courage to be authentically you. We offer Yoga, Barre Attack, Meditation and Creative classes, and a range of workshops including nourishment, sister circles, natural alternative therapies and healing. We also offer community events run by our team, in collaboration with our partners.
Andrea from Yoga Unite has been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching since 2010. She has trained intensively with various teachers and in many styles, including training with John Olgivie at Byron Yoga.
In 2012 she began teaching and training with Sue-ellen Kohler at Black Lotus Yoga Studios In Enmore, now having moved to Marrickville and has been training with Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher Peter Thomson since 2013.
My name is Kristi and I have been practicing in the health industry for 7 years. My journey began as a Massage Therapist completing my Diploma of Remedial Massage back in 2011. I then went on to complete my Certificate in Matwork Pilates in 2016 at Polestar. I quickly discovered the many wonderful benefits of Pilates and couldn’t wait to share this with clients.
I love motivating people to live a healthy lifestyle by simply getting them moving!
