Movelife supports the practice of Mindfulness, Movement, Nourishment, Creativity and Community. These 5 pillars enable you to live your life with greater health, more freedom, improved relationships, creative empowerment and the courage to be authentically you.
We offer Yoga, Barre Attack, Meditation and Creative classes, and a range of workshops including nourishment, sister circles, natural alternative therapies and healing. We also offer community events run by our team, in collaboration with our partners.
When you join in our classes you can expect to be led through an invigorating & encouraging practice suitable for different levels and abilities.
Through your practice you will embark on a journey of self-discovery, joy, mindfulness, energy, connection and health. We want to see you loving your practice and loving life!
Movelife’s purpose is to move and impact the lives of others by giving back. A contribution from every class or workshop through Movelife will be donated to a non-profit organisation to help empower others in need. This year we are giving back to The Dream Big Team, a local community service that provides creative opportunities for children with special needs.
We are very excited to be joining the Timbermill family in July as part of the Movelife journey.
