We’re happy to announce a boutique coffee roaster is setting up at the Timbermill (to make us all go crazy with the incredible distracting smells). We’d like to welcome Blake, our expert coffee roaster from Drumroll Coffee Roasters. He’ll be roasting his blend of soulful coffees and wholesaling to local businesses. Drumroll is owned by a local Bulli family, fifteen years in the business – and the Timbermill Cafe has managed to nab their incredible coffee to serve to their guests.
