STUDIOS FOR RENT

The backbone of the Timbermill Studios is our artist’s space. Small, medium and maxi sized spaces for artists, craftspeople and home business owners. Each space is as unique as its occupant. With other creatives to mingle with, the creative Timbermill vibe, the onsite cafe and regular events and art gallery shows, it’s a fantastic place to work. Spaces are sought after (often fought over:), so if we’re full, make sure you put your name on the waiting list to be contacted when a spot arises.



BAND REHEARSAL SPACE

We have an awesome array of local and Sydney bands using our band room for rehearsals. There’s equipment available to use and good car access to load your own. (Not to mention the awesome vibe and cafe). We have an easy booking system dedicated for bands, so smack down your credit card and get your gig on at the Timbermill.



MEETINGS & EVENTS

The Timbermill loves hosting events. We’ve covered Wollongong City Council arts events through to large scale charity auctions. Music festivals, art shows, business meetings as well as private group hire for weddings and events, we’ve got you covered. We offer our creative and unique environment, as well as (truly) sumptuous catering (all hail Jose Jones). Yoga STUDIO SPACE

The Timbermill can host your next yoga, pilates or dance class or workshop. In fact any type of class is welcome (childcare, painting, nose wrinkling class etc). You can book your space online through our user friendly booking platform – and to make your life easier, our website even offers a booking system for your clients to book and pay for your class.
